3. Eligibility to Use

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
All information provided by you is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

4. User Obligations & Conduct

You agree not to:

7. Payment Terms

Payments must be made as per agreed milestones
Delayed payments may attract interest or work suspension
The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery or services in case of non-payment
All payments are non-transferable and must be made through approved channels

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders may only be canceled subject to Company approval
Customized or made-to-order materials are non-cancellable and non-refundable
Any cancellation may incur charges for procurement, logistics, or work completed
Refund timelines, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period

9. Delivery & Installation

Timelines are estimates and subject to site readiness, weather, labor availability, and material supply
The client must ensure site accessibility and readiness before installation
Delays caused by the client or third parties are not the Company's responsibility

10. Inspection & Acceptance

The client must inspect the work upon completion
Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of completion
Failure to report within this timeframe shall be deemed as acceptance

11. Warranty & Maintenance

Warranty terms vary based on product type and manufacturer
Warranty applies only under normal usage conditions
The following are NOT covered:
- Improper usage or maintenance
- Water damage, fire, or external impact
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Proper maintenance guidelines will be provided where applicable.
